No need to worry about purchasing tickets when you have your tickets in hand for the entire season.
Should you misplace your tickets, we will provide you with a replacement voucher. Call us at 831.462.0553 by Friday, 4 PM, prior to the concert weekend. Your replacement tickets will be available at will-call.
Notify us of your inability to attend a concert, and we will gratefully make use of your tickets. You will also receive a tax-deductible donation receipt when your tickets are returned at least 48 hours prior to the concert.
Civic and Mello tickets can be exchanged with 48 hours notice before the first concert.
Symphony staff are available to season ticket holders to help you select seats that meet your needs and to assist you with any issues that arise throughout the season.
Please note all ticket purchases are nonrefundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged for tickets to benefit concerts. Seat exchanges for the entire season require a $3 per ticket fee to cover box office charges we incur.
