Emily Packard is a violinist active in the classical and new music in the San Francisco Bay Area. She received undergraduate degrees in Music and English Literature from the University of Colorado, Boulder as well as a Master of Music from the San Francisco Conservatory and an MFA in improvisation from Mills College in Oakland. Emily is currently a member of the experimental folk band Jack O' The Clock (www.jackotheclock.com) as well as the Arabic Orchestra of San Francisco (www.saedmuhssin.com/aosf). She performs regularly in the Monterey, Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa and Vallejo Symphonies. Emily also teaches and coaches music students at the Crowden School, Oakland School for the Arts and Starland Music in Alameda.
